Members wishing to sell their membership do so by placing a management-provided sign in their window. This notifies the community of their intent to move out. Prospective buyers can drive through Ash Street to locate each Member-owned unit and communicate directly with the Member. Members may also choose to work with a real estate agent, so check your local listings!
Once you find the membership you wish to purchase, print and complete our Membership application and drop it off at the office. We'll take it from there!
